Strategic Insights Specialist
 

 

Position

 

In this role, you will coordinate consumer research projects, ensuring results are communicated effectively and translated into valuable insights. You will contribute to modelling and forecasting processes, support functions with market data and analysis, update & manage key data sources. You’ll collaborate and communicate with other functions providing analytical support, participate in cross-functional projects. You will support retail audit reporting, optimize and customize it in accordance with business needs, driving continuous development and quality.  

This role combines researches coordination, data organization & management, analytical support, constant cross-functional collaboration and communication, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights.



Responsibilities

 

•    Consumer Research agenda support  – includes briefing and objectives alignment, coordinating preparation processes and controlling timelines, supporting the monthly consumer tracker, and maintaining RRP reporting.
•    Trade research – covers both regular and ad-hoc projects, ensuring briefing and objectives are aligned, processes are coordinated and controlled, and results are prepared and communicated effectively.
•    Market modelling, analytics and data support – includes ad-hoc and regular comprehensive analyses based on available data, updating market data in relevant systems, and ensuring timely coordination and collaboration with the Finance team.                                                
•    Manage communication with research agencies and data suppliers - to ensure effective collaboration and smooth delivery of insights.
•    Retail audit reporting & data support – responsible for data validation and reporting, as well as tracking and controlling the budget. 

                                                

 

Requirements

 

•    University degree preferably in Marketing / Economics                
•    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG Marketing, Strategic Insights, Business Analysis, Marketing Research, or research-related functions
•    Fluency in English (written & spoken)                                
•    Analytical skills, attention to details
•    Good interpersonal, communication and motivational skills
•    Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI user is advantage)
•    Consumer marketing knowledge, experience analyzing and evaluating consumer data and developing actionable insights
