Strategic Initiatives Specialist


We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Initiatives Specialist to support transformative initiatives across our dealer network. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving change through data, insights, and collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Retail Innovation, this individual will play a critical role in executing bold ideas and supporting cross-functional projects that elevate dealer engagement and customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support: Assist in the development and execution of innovative strategies that challenge traditional retail models and enhance dealer performance. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic recommendations. Dealer Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at transforming the dealer experience, including digital enablement, performance tracking, and engagement models. Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Network Development, and Digital teams. Change Enablement: Help drive adoption of new processes and tools across field teams, supporting a culture of agility and experimentation. Competitive Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and disruption. Communication & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related field 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or field operations within the automotive or retail sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving change in complex environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders Familiarity with dealer operations, performance metrics, and customer experience strategies is a plus
