We are searching for the best talents for these 2 positions of **Strategic Initiatives Regional Analyst** based in **São Paulo, Mexico City** or **Bogotá** .
**Purpose:** The Regional Strategic Analyst will be responsible for the execution of Regional key initiatives projects, including content preparation, KPIs recommendation/tracking, and executive presentations, connecting with leaders and key stakeholders to validate project scope, progress, and content.
The successful candidate will need to have a blend of analytical skills, project management expertise, and strategic thinking to contribute effectively to project development. The Regional Strategic Analyst will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional projects, provide actionable insights, and facilitate the successful development of initiatives.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
**Project Support:**
Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects in collaboration with various departments.
Be responsible for the execution of key initiatives projects, including content preparation, KPI tracking, and executive presentations.
Connect with leaders and key stakeholders to validate project scope, progress, and content.
**Performance Monitoring:**
Track and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on organizational performance
Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
**Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:**
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination among teams involved in strategic initiatives.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
• Experience in strategic analysis, project management, or business development preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Marketing or a related field
