Job Description

As a Strategic Healthcare Partnerships Manager, you will be the primary liaison between customers and the internal cross functional team, developing long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare providers in Finland. Your role involves ensuring successful program execution by addressing complex issues, coordinating activities and facilitating decision-making processes, and maximizing the solution value by driving adoption and thus achieving the best outcomes. 


Your role:

Create detailed program delivery plans, including schedules and milestones, to ensure program and solution delivery aligns with customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Serve as the primary contact between healthcare providers and internal cross functional teams, facilitating governance meetings, decision-making processes and ensuring seamless communication of healthcare programs and services.

Proactively identify, address, and resolve any customer related issues during program delivery, minimizing disruptions and ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with healthcare standards.

Regularly update important customer stakeholders on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to maintain transparency and alignment in program delivery.

Establish strong working relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and expectations, implementing solutions that improve health outcomes, and seeking opportunities for process improvements in program and service delivery.

 

You're the right fit if you:

Have min. 4 years experience in customer relationship management, project/program management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.

Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.

Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.

Fluent in Finnish and English and ideally have experience in the healthcare sector.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office/field role.
