Description We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead key financial initiatives and provide insightful analysis that drives business decisions. This role focuses on optimizing financial processes, forecasting, and strategic planning to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at delivering accurate financial insights. Responsibilities: + Lead the annual budget cycle, financial modeling, and monthly reporting with cross-functional alignment + Deliver strategic financial analysis and updates to executives, Board, and investors + Partner with the CFO on capital markets activities and lead financing diligence + Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate product launches, unit economics, partnerships, and resource allocation + Build dashboards and reporting to track key financial and operational metrics + Provide clear, actionable financial insights and support ad hoc strategic initiatives with high executive exposure Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field + 4–6 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience + Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong grasp of core finance principles + Comfortable engaging senior executives and translating complex data into actionable insights + Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and teamwork skills + Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines + Experience with financial systems and analytics tools; NetSuite and Aleph a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
