Data & AI Organization Generalist - Senior Associate:
As a pivotal member of our data governance team, you will:
Develop and enforce comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization.
Support the implementation of data stewardship and ownership models across various domains.
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and platform teams to ensure consistent data governance practices are maintained.
Drive adoption of data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica, enhancing data literacy and awareness through training, documentation, and community engagement.
Monitor compliance with data governance policies, supporting audits and regulatory reporting needs.
Utilize your exceptional communication skills and fluency in German to engage with stakeholders and facilitate strategic initiatives.
Data Quality Generalist - Senior Associate:
In this data quality role, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain robust data quality frameworks that ensure high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Define and implement data quality rules and reports using data quality tools, enhancing data platform functionalities such as Databricks, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
Integrate innovative AI methods to optimize data quality processes and ensure seamless data integration across the platforms.
Collaborate with teams to embed data quality functionalities within enterprise data systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that data quality initiatives meet client expectations and business requirements, with fluency in German essential for successful project execution.

Salary is subject to seniority and position.
From 2,400 EUR/gross/monthly (base salary is 2,100 EUR + regular monthly bonus 300 EUR for German language proficiency).
For candidates with extensive experience, salaries are negotiable based on proven expertise.
