Strategic Communications Enablement Lead - Retail Media

As a Strategic Communications Enablement Lead - Retail Media, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of go-to-market marketing materials to facilitate H-E-B Retail Media sales efforts. You’ll support holistic advertising product management to build the H-E-B brand and project it to the marketplace. We are looking for: - managerial experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, digital advertising, ad operations, or media planning; experience leading; experience in project management What is the work? Leadership / Management / Strategy: - Oversees ensures effectiveness of go-to-market materials to unify and strengthen the H-E-B brand - Leads short- and long-term strategic efforts to implement new technologies and innovate sales enablement processes - Ensures return on investment of sales enablement processes; makes strategic decisions based on key performance measures and data - Leads H-E-B Retail Media events and other industry events - Leads public relations opportunities - Spearheads creation of new marketing products and capabilities - Drives growth strategies to anticipate / respond to needs of potential buyers - Drives collaborative cross-functional efforts - Leads team training efforts and workshops; applies knowledge of sales training best practices to ensure effective delivery / implementation of educational content for ongoing training - Leads continuous improvement of short- and long-term sales enablement strategies What is your background? - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - 7+ years of experience leading digital marketing programs at an interactive or digital marketing agency - Extensive experience in project management - Experience managing a marketing budget a plus - Experience in client management - Experience in retail media a plus - Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, marketing (preferred) Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an Strategic Communications Enablement Lead - Retail Media? - Expert knowledge of marketing strategies and content creation - Advanced project management skills - Advanced analytical and decision-making skills - Advanced negotiating and influencing skills - Advanced verbal / written communication and presentation skills - Advanced interpersonal skills - Ability to nurture collaborative relationships - Ability to analyze and interpret data - Ability to work and resolve issues cross-functionally - Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines; attention to detail Can you... - Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment - Travel by car or plane with overnight stays - Work extended hours; sit for extended periods 09-2022
