As a Strategic Category Buyer, you will specialise in one of the indirect procurement categories and be responsible for managing the associated spend according to the company's procurement rules. You will join the EMEA Indirect Procurement Team and become part of our global Procurement community. Join our team! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Participate in developing and implementing a global indirect sourcing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives + Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct negotiations and coordinate contracts + Manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier benchmarking and alternative sourcing + Opportunities to participate in process improvement and automation projects + Working closely with internal collaborators (e.g. the finance, legal and technical departments) + Regular reporting to management on savings and project status + Participation in EMEA procurement projects and tenders + Engage with internal customers and ensure they align with the Procure-to-Pay procurement policy **Who You Are:** You effectively communicate in various settings one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
