Strategic Campaign Manager
Job Description

To implement strategic plans within area of responsibility

Implement strategic plans within the transact pillar/ initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems

Ensuring a collaborative network across business segments to achieve business objectives

Analyse the post campaign analysis for below the line and assisted banker campaigns, and make recommendations for enhancing campaign performance

Improve marketing and budget growth to increase brand equity by analysing and monitoring results

Ensure that all campaigns meet the best practice standards, such as communication to clients, which is facilitated through content and design

Monitoring and reporting on campaign execution and performance to key stakeholders

Development of a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service

Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including SME’s, marketing, data scientists, product managers, project managers and senior staff members

Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services

Manage own development to increase own competencies
