Brindar soporte y servicio al cliente para un gran cliente automotriz global en múltiples categorías para servicios y bienes que no son de producción. Se desempeña como punto de contacto entre el cliente y el departamento de compras. Se requiere dominio del inglés, ya que este puesto atiente a múltiples ubicaciones.

Responsabilidades

\n\n Apoyo a Operaciones de Compras.\n Analizar y evaluar las solicitudes antes de que sean elegibles para ser procesadas.\n Actuar como enlace entre el cliente interno y el departamento de compras.\n Responder a las necesidades del cliente, superar las expectativas de nivel de servicio.\n Generar ahorro.\n\n

Requisitos:

\n\n Experiencia de servicio al cliente.\n Experiencia en Compras en ambiente de manufactura. \n Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita: Ingles avanzado\n Nivel de experiencia intermedio con aplicaciones de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint\n Experiencia con SAP o ERP relacionada.\n
