Parsons will be hiring **Strategic Architecture Analyst** in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Our Engineers work with the MDA and function as a technical, engineering, advisory, and management support. This Analyst will define and evaluate Missile Defense System (MDS) capability trade space envelope, architectural performance metrics, and other high-level performance metrics. **Duties include:** + Scope, execute and document the results of MDS architecture trade studies as a member of the Architecture Design Team + Support the development of Initial Requirements Documents, Architecture Requirements Packages, and other systems engineering artifacts related to the MDS, as applicable + Support the development of alternative architecture concepts addressing projected capability gaps, real world threats, and intelligence community threat estimates + Lead and coordinate the development of architecture requirements, development, and analysis in support of Service and Combatant Commands (CCMD) needs. + Lead, develop, and coordinate MDA vision and strategies to support the Warfighter, including coordinating with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs, Intel Community (IC), Other Governmental Agencies (OGA), national labs, Industry and international partners + Support the Architecture Design Team to scope and define trade study methodologies, measures and deliverables + Support activities of the Architecture Design Team; provide, develop and deliver briefings addressing applicable trade study efforts; provide comment and review to work products developed by other Working Group members + Coordinate future technology requirements across the breadth of MDA and with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, the IC, and OGAs. + Coordinate trade study related activities and work products with teammates across the Architecture Design Team and external MDA stakeholders as applicable **Required Skills:** + Bachelors degree and 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project + Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures + Have detailed knowledge of the Missile Defense System to include Command and Control networks + Active Secret security clearance required **Desired Skills:** + Bachelors degree with 20+ years of experience or Masters degree with 12+ years of experience + Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) + Familiarity with Navy Missile Defense Systems (CEC/Aegis, etc.) + Familiarity with Army Missile Defense Systems (THAAD/PATRIOT/IBCS, etc.) + Familiarity with Air Force Missile Defense Systems (GMD/UEWRs/ABAD, etc.) + Expertise in RF/Overhead sensors/optics (EO/IR)/photonics/EW/EA/EP also a plus + Having or having eligibility for a TS/SCI Clearance **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​ This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
