Leverages deep knowledge of Microsoft’s product landscape, cloud solutions, and industry strategy to meet the evolving needs of healthcare customers. Acts as the voice of the customer and internal advocate across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance standards and patient-centric outcomes.

Provides strategic analysis of customer needs across some of the largest and most complex healthcare accounts, identifying gaps and opportunities where Microsoft solutions can drive digital health transformation. Leads business transformation initiatives by aligning Microsoft’s capabilities with healthcare-specific goals such as improving care delivery, enhancing data interoperability, and optimizing population health management.

Partners with line-of-business leaders and senior executives—such as CIOs, CMIOs, and clinical operations leaders—within large-scale or high-impact healthcare organizations to articulate how Microsoft’s technology and services can address future business and clinical needs more effectively than the competition.

Contributes to the creation of stakeholder maps for healthcare accounts, determines and orchestrates a coverage plan, and builds out an execution framework tailored to the healthcare landscape. Establishes best practices and standards for aligning with quota attainment, consumption goals, and customer success metrics, with a focus on healthcare-specific KPIs.

Uses existing and new readiness resources and demonstrates expertise in creating enablement plans for large, high-stakes healthcare customers, supporting both digital innovation and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
