The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales opportunities by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across multiple product lines in the Southern US and Latin America. This pivotal role works closely with both the Marketing team and Field Sales Representatives to build a strong sales pipeline by setting appointments with targeted prospects and leads. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to conduct effective discovery calls, and accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sales Manager must also independently manage their pipeline, guiding prospects through all stages of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional outreach, prospecting, and teleconsulting skills, along with strong time management abilities. Comfort with supporting field sales and working toward a defined sales quota is essential.

Your Experience and Background include:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University strongly preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered. 5 plus years of experience and a proven track record of driving new business within the AIDC technology industry and meeting or exceeding growth targets highly preferred. Up to 40% travel including 25% of overnight travel in the US. Fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore, all employees must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software highly preferred Excellent communication and technical skills to develop relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and IT personnel throughout healthcare organizations. Proactive, hands-on approach toward products, markets, and clients' business challenges. Experience selling enterprise-class mobile computing products preferred. Experience selling both hardware and industry-related solutions desired. Supply chain market experience preferred. Proficient use of the Spanish language verbal and written. Proficient use of the English language verbal and written.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $75,000 to $80,000 The OTE is up to $100,000
