You'll possess a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering exceptional sales results, having worked in a fast-growing tech environment, ideally with experience in dealing with Retail & Manufacturing customers.

 Responsibilities:Consistently deliver license, support and service revenue targets – commitment to the numbers and to deadlinesTerritory mapping, account planning and opportunity management - strong hunting focusNegotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large retail enterprises by selling value and ROIWork with partners for maximum effectivenessLeverage sales engineering and in-house as well as partner services resourcesUse our sales methodology and processes effectivelyUnderstand how to leverage both international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value to the customerGood corporate citizen – two way flow of relevant and timely information; work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resourcesProvide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA a plusAt least 5+ years direct Enterprise Software selling experience to large enterprises is a mustExperience in Cyber Security is a plusMEDDPICC experiencedStrong capabilities in building qualified pipelines according to MEDDPICCComfortable in the “C” suite with a track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing dealsAbility to grow and scale upward with the companyStrong executive presence and polishForecasting commitments and forecasting accuracyExceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skillsThrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentProven software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure managementUse of CRM systems (Salesforce) extensivelyNative German & fluent in English (both written & spoken)  Splunk, a Cisco company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
