We are looking for a Strategic Account Director – Capital Markets to manage and grow key enterprise client relationships. This role requires someone with strong domain expertise in capital markets and proven experience in strategic account management and consultative sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and expanding strategic accounts, building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow strategic accounts within the capital markets domain
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and upsell opportunities
Work closely with product, delivery, and pre-sales teams to design and deliver client solutions
Stay updated on capital markets trends and advise clients on relevant solutions
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or consultative selling
Strong exposure to the capital markets ecosystem (trading systems, post-trade, compliance, etc.)
Proven experience managing large enterprise clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive strategic growth and long-term client partnerships
