Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the Stratafix category, under general supervision. Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on data trends and the competitive landscape to improve the organization's Sales strategy. Communicates information throughout the clinical sales area to ensure Surgeons and their teams stay well-informed on product knowledge, launches, policies, and patient safety protocols. Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales funnel.
