Airswift is seeking for a STR SUPERVISOR to work with our client based in OFFSHORE QATAR. 

Qualifications Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in offshore construction Experience in offshore construction and hook-up activities under SIMOPS and Brownfield conditions is mandatory, EPC supervision on client side is  preferable. Available for technical missions worldwide, Language: Fluent English, Computer literate, Good leadership skills and effective communication skills, Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment, Qatar or middle east experience Good analytical skills, H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
Responsibilities Possibility of onshore missions to follow-up project development and EPCIC execution with various contractors. The job holder will have to cooperate with teams of all related discipline leads/Supervisors for Brownfield to monitor offshore preparation readiness and ICAPS progress. Follow-up EPCIC contractor Structural works preparation Follow the Structural works construction activities, including pre-commissioning, as required. Ensure completion of all the Structural works construction and pre-commissioning activities to ensure an efficient hand over to Commissioning team Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all Structural works subjects. -Ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting. Provide KPI’s information for the reporting to the Offshore Company Site representative. Provide daily & weekly reporting of the offshore Structural works construction activities Participate to risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works. Contribute to the engineering and procurement process by providing Structural works construction inputs Contribute to design checks for the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Participate to Risk Assessments when required. Participate to kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, pre-Simops visits, etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential
