In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of high-end aviation seating switches and lighting products for renowned airlines such as Qantas, Etihad, Emirates, and British Airways.

This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for covering a range of stores functions, from picking kits to target dates and delivering them to the production floor, Conducting Cycle Counts and Stock Takes both annually, quarterly along with weekly sanity checks. If you're passionate about working with precision, have a strong eye for detail, and want to contribute to the next generation of aviation technology, we want you on our team!

What you will do:

Receipt all goods delivered to the companyReject items sent back to suppliersMatch and transact receipts and rejects against purchase order on the ERP systemNotify purchasing of any discrepancies with deliveriesTo accurately perform stock transactions and record on the ERP systemKitting Work Orders to live work to listAd-hoc requests for stock itemsTransacting stock between locationsEnsure good housekeeping in the store’s areasPerform cycle counts and annual stock takesAssist other store employees with their workActively take part in all stock taking activities.

Qualifications & Skills you must have:

Previous Warehouse experience is essential

Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a wider teamBasic understanding if Microsoft Office to include Office, Word and ExcelWorking within a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail

Qualifications and experience we prefer:

Previous experience in a stores environment rolePC & Systems literate – good administrative skillsBasic understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100D standards (desirable)
