WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll report to the Director, Stores Planning, Korea, and collaborate with the Territory Planning team. Your key partners will include NSO (Nike Direct Own Stores) and NVS (Nike Value Stores) planning teams, along with cross-functional NSO/NVS teams such as SDSM (Store District Senior Manager), Stores, MSC (Marketplace Supply Chain), Inbound, and CSC (Customer Service Center).

Nike is looking for a strategic and analytical Planning Specialist to accelerate the growth of Nike Direct Own Stores and Value Stores. You will bring sharp retail insight, a strong grasp of store operations, and a passion for driving performance. Other qualifications includes:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in retail planningStrong understanding of retail operations and retail mathExcellent logical thinking and a growth-oriented mindsetNative Korean speaker with fluency in English to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a strategic planning leader, you’ll fuel growth across NSO and NVS by guiding a high-performing team and connecting field insights with office strategy. You will also help shape store-level business plans, optimize fleet performance, and drive operational excellence. Your key responsibilities includes:

Leading and developing a planning team to support NSO and NVS business growthOverseeing store-level business planning, including sales targets and retail KPIsManaging NSO hindsight analysis and shape business strategies for in-season and pre-season planningDriving NVS rolling forecasts to support weekly replenishment and shipment plansExecuting fleet transformation and optimization strategies across NSO and NVSContributing to REC processes for new and remodeled store business cases (including revenue forecasts, retail KPIs, SKU count planning)Setting financial and operational guardrails tailored to each retail conceptActing as the key connector between field and office planning—delivering strategic direction and gathering frontline insights to inform business decisions
