The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Storeroom/Receiving Clerk to join the team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.  

  

Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.  

 

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This position requires mornings.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $21.20 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. 

What will I be doing:

Receives and places products in their assigned storeroom location in an organized manner.Checks items received against purchase orders to verify accuracy of the order.Rotates perishable stock so that all food items are fresh.Issues and delivers products from the Storeroom to Departments. *Check each item on the requisitions which may involve weighing, counting, verifying each item and checking them against specifications to verify accuracy and approvals for the orderConducts inventories as directed. Ensure all food, beverage and general merchandise items are listed on inventory lists.
