Storeroom Administrator (SA) is responsible for managing incoming parts and project items, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal regulations while maintaining operational efficiency. The SA serves as the main contact for inventory management, quality control, and supplier communication.
To achieve results, the Storeroom Administrator must work in a structured way and demonstrate accountability.
Your responsibilities:
Compliance and enforcement of safety, quality, and legal regulations.
Daily tasks:
+ Receive and inspect incoming parts.
+ Organize and categorize received parts, notifying stakeholders.
+ Handle auxiliary and supplementary materials.
+ Conduct quality control checks on parts.
+ Record invoices for received goods.
+ Coordinate returns and external repairs for defective parts.
+ Manage project-specific parts and maintain organization.
+ Communicate with suppliers regarding inventory and orders.
+ Address emerging inventory management issues.
+ Ensure adherence to 5S standards for cleanliness.
Periodic tasks:
+ Regularly check and clean storage shelves.
Special tasks:
+ Ensure compliance with security, quality, and legal regulations.
+ Facilitate communication with service units and departments.
+ Uphold responsibilities in inventory management.
+ Implement the First In, First Out (FIFO) system for inventory control.
Working hours: flexible (preferred: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
