Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory operations, ensuring that all stock is properly managed, documented, and readily available to support our organization's operations. As a Storekeeper, you'll take ownership of our stockroom, maintaining accurate records and implementing efficient systems to keep everything running smoothly. Maintain comprehensive receipts, records, and documentation of all stockroom withdrawals and inventory movementsReceive, unload, inspect, and systematically shelve supplies and materials according to established protocolsPerform stock-related duties including returning items, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies with precisionInspect all deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues; report findings to accounting for reimbursements and accurate record keepingRotate stock on a regular basis to ensure proper inventory flow and coordinate the disposal of surplus or obsolete itemsEnsure meticulous record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm accurate stock levels and maintain optimal inventory controlCoordinate the handling of freight, oversee the movement of equipment, and perform necessary minor repairs as neededAnalyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill stock requests efficiently and professionallyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom environment that complies with company standards and safety regulations

Qualifications2 to 5 years of proven experience in storeroom management, inventory control, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management systems or softwareStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate recordsPhysical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularlyAbility to work independently while remaining a collaborative and supportive team memberDemonstrated ability to handle pressure and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions when issues arisePleasing personality with a professional demeanor and commitment to inclusive workplace practicesAbility to multi-task without compromising accuracy or quality of workTechnical skills in basic equipment operation and minor maintenance tasks
