Store Reset Specialist

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Reset process within stores. This role will be responsible for process implementation and merchandising of category business plans and will ensure stores maintain planogram integrity. Partnering closely with Store Leadership and Department Managers to support merchandising initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role will be cross trained to support varies departments in the store when not completing reset duties.

Planogram and Reset Execution
Executes department resets, seasonal transitions, and merchandising updates in alignment with designated planogram changes per cycle. Sets shelves, fixtures, endcaps, and displays according to company approved planograms.Utilizes the Planogram Scan App after each reset to validate accuracy and ensure compliance. Scans shelf tags and signage to ensure proper product locations and compliance upon completion of resets. Completes all reset work efficiently while supporting winning service and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.50%
Inventory Management
Ensures accurate processing of residual inventory such as backstock, discontinued, out of stock, and unauthorized items. Implements new items as outlined in updated planograms with updated shelf tags. Ensures proper organization and rotation of merchandise following planogram changesCompletes all required processes and procedures around Inventory management, including completion of the Date Check Pro process.30%
Shelf Maintenance
Ensures proper shelf conditions, such as cleanliness and overall presentation. Ensures shelf/fixture storage areas are kept neat and organized. Prepares and maintains shelf tags, keeping them current and accurate.Completes required surveys Reviews all planograms to ensure the planogram fits the store footage
