Job Description

 

Authorize and inspect all incoming goods to verify quantity, quality, price, and specifications meet hotel standardsPrepare daily receiving reports and immediately report any variances or discrepanciesInput Food and Beverage and General store purchases into the hotel inventory systemMaintain security of goods in the receiving area and ensure prompt, safe transfer to storageEnsure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Finance Department
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
