Your Work Matters
As a Store Planner, you’ll turn ideas into dynamic retail spaces that captivate customers and drive sales. Every layout you design directly shapes the shopping experience, supports operational efficiency, and reflects the Floor & Decor brand. Your work ensures our stores aren’t just places to shop, they’re destinations that inspire and delight.
Your Day Consists Of
Design and implement store layouts and floor plans that maximize product visibility and sales potential.Revise plans as needed for prototypical changes throughout the projectCollaborate with construction, operations, IT, and merchandising teams to ensure layouts align with brand standards.Maintain as-built drawings and track project progress using Store Planning Project Tracker.Conduct virtual store visits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.Manage fixture and signage placement for consistent brand presentation.Present store planning projects to internal partners and recommend innovative solutions.You’ll Be Supported With

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureProven experience in store planning and retail designStrong CAD 2D skills (AutoCAD 2018 or higher)Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and customer experienceStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of construction and construction processesWork Environment / Physical Expectations
