Support the store manager, and manage in our fast-paced Paint CounterManage Paint Counter operations to maximize sales, profits and customer serviceBuild, coach, train and engage crew team to deliver superior levels of customer care and business resultsInventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issuesOverall cleanliness and readiness of Paint CounterDrive NAPA operational and marketing programs while steering toward continuous improvement in processes and proceduresGrow customer relationships, help with sales/service questions, and ensure a positive experience both in the store and on the phoneThis position offers a starting hourly pay rate of $19.75. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
