Dealership: Store Operations Intern We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Intern to join our teams in Texas . This internship offers hands-on experience across various store departments providing opportunities for professional growth and development. Store Operations Intern r eports to the G eneral M anager or leader identified by the GM . Responsibilities Ideal Rotation s : + T wo weeks in Sales O perations . + T wo weeks in S ervice O perations . + T wo weeks in the B usiness O ffice . + The final four-week rotation i s manager / i ntern choice . Day-to-Day Operations: + Provide support in daily tasks and operations within the assigned department. + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow . Documentation and Administrative Functions : + Maintain accurate records and documentation. + Assist with documentation of important information to increase efficiency . Customer Support : + Provide a friendly and professional first impression to customers . + Efficiently and respectfully address customer needs and inquiries to ensure a positive experience . Communication and Teamwork: + Foster a collaborative and positive team environment . + Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement . Learning Development: + Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development . + Participate in training sessions and other events . + Ask questions as needed . Skills and Q ualifications + I nterest in the automotive industry and store operations . + Excellent written and verbal communication skills . + Strong collaboration and leadership skills . + P assion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Basic understanding of CRM and dealership management software (DMS) a plus .
