Putting Your Best Foot Forward
Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experienceMinimum of four years of store management experienceExperience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systemsAbility to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations. Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counselingAble to work weekends, nights, and holidays as neededWhat You're Responsible For
