We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong leadership qualities, a commercial mindset, and a hands-on approach to drive the showroom´s performance and client experience to the next level.

As Store Manager / Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading the showroom sales.
- Driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing new business through effective networking and relationship building.
- Supporting the daily operations of the showroom with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Contact with headquarters in Germany.

Requirements:
- Previous leadership and sales experience is essential.
- Flexible time availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Very organized person.
- Valid driver´s license.

- The showroom is open from Monday to Friday (10:00 to 18:00) and Saturday (10:00 to 14:00), with one day off during the week.
Estudios mínimos - Commercial education or similar. Experiencia mínima - 3 to 8 years of professional experience in sales or retail, managing a team. Idiomas mínimos German - Fluent
English - Fluent
