As Store Manager, you’ll lead and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure your store thrives. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, backed by the support of a global organization.

Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to put customers first

Drive store performance through KPIs and operational excellence

Ensure visual merchandising standards are on point

Manage inventory, P&L, and core retail processes

A passion for retail and customer experience

Proven leadership skills: you love developing people

Experience in store operations, budgeting, and merchandising

Fluent in German and English

Flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays
