As a Store Manager in our Flagship BOSS store, you will be the driving force behind the success of your location, leading your team to deliver exceptional results while embodying the values of HUGO BOSS.

\nCollaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless store operations, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience\nTake full accountability for driving the team to achieve and exceed the store’s performance targets and KPI\nDevelop and implement actionable short- and long-term plans to ensure sustained success and growth\nAnalyse performance metrics to identify opportunities and execute strategies for continuous improvement\nInspire, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration\nConduct regular appraisals to provide constructive feedback and support individual growt\nLead effective recruitment, succession planning, and networking to build a strong, future-ready team\nChampion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every team member delivers a premium and personalised HUGO BOSS experience\nEnsure the effective use of all available tools, systems, and resources to optimise store operations\nGuarantee compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational integrity\nOversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in all aspects of the store\nStay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences\nShare relevant insights and recommendations with your General Manager, Area Manager and the retail team to maintain a competitive edge\nAct as an ambassador for HUGO BOSS, embodying the brand’s values and vision in every aspect of your role\n
Your profile:
\nPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\nExcellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active management\nAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\nDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\nWillingness to constantly learn & develop\nExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\nExperience in networking & building relationships\n
