Responsibilities

Worksand communicates with District Managerand/orArea Manager regardingany concerns or issues that occur in the storeResponsible for covering vacationsand call outs throughout the DistrictHelp with special projects including inventoryand procedure rolloutsDevelop good customer relationsand maintainahigh level of service to the customerRespond timely to customer salesand service questionsGreets customer, demonstrates product knowledge,and quickly understands customer/technicians needsMaintains customer satisfaction by serving customer, securing right part,and resolving issuesUnderstands customer’s specific needsand requirements.Maintains inventoryand ensures parts stocked in correct locationParticipates in trainingas neededand requiredPerformsall otherassociated tasksasassigned by management

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalentPassion for delivering customer careand building long term relationshipsKnowledge of inventory controls, stocking levelsand seasonal shifts isaplusPersonal drive, self-motivationand initiative toaccomplish business goalsCustomer focusand high energy in our fast-paced storesAbility to operateacash registerand navigating computerand paper catalog systemsPassion for delivering customer care inastrong team environmentAnd if you have this, even better:Technical or Trade school courses or degreeBackgroundand/or passion forautomotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.Experience inaparts store,auction, retail store,auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management experienceEntirely customer-centric (external/internal)ASE Certifications
