In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily store operations, coach a sales team, and uphold our exceptional service standards. You will work directly with the founder, gaining personalized mentorship and training. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company known for elegance, excellence, and deep community roots.ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goalsDeliver a hospitality-driven, luxury client experience in line with the brandManage all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and merchandisingProvide product knowledge training and hands-on coaching to staffHandle VIP client relationships with professionalism and discretionAnalyze store performance and implement strategies for improvementOversee inventory accuracy, reorder processes, and showroom presentationCollaborate on marketing events, social media, and client outreach initiativesQualifications and Requirements5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury, or fashionStrong background in jewelry or watches preferred, GIA certification a plusOutstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and results-drivenProfessional demeanor with deep knowledge of luxury retail standardsProficient with POS systems, inventory tools, and office softwareBilingual preferred; Vietnamese speaking strongly preferred for Bellaire locationFlexible availability including weekends, holidays, and eventsBenefits and PerksCompetitive Pay (based on experience)Medical, dental, vision benefitsPaid holidaysTraining, mentorship, and growth opportunitiesYour New OrganizationIn Houston’s fine jewelry scene for over 30 years, with a reputation for elegance, service, and craftsmanship.
