As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the financial success, operational excellence, and outstanding guest service in your market.
Guest Service Excellence
Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
Ensure store standards are met and exceeded
Handle escalated concerns with professionalism
Oversee timely service and follow-up communication
People Leadership
Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
Lead by example—your passion will be contagious
Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
Financial & Operational Performance
Analyze trends and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
Monitor expenses, inventory, and shrink to protect the bottom line
Process transactions and support daily operations
✅ What You Bring to the Team✔ 5+ years of sales and management experience in an automotive repair shop or similar industry
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate
✔ Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
✔ Prior experience as an Automotive Technician a plus
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays
