Responsibilities / Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Maximize sales and profits through the effective leadership of people, inventory, expense control and fixed assets.
• Partner with support teams to implement and execute strategies within your store.
• Responsible for the overall operational excellence of the store.

• Demonstrates passion for coaching and has a natural leadership ability.
