Store Issue Resolution Analyst
What will you do: As a Store Issue Resolution Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between Canadian Tire Stores, Store Support, and various corporate teams. Your primary responsibility is to champion store concerns, identify the appropriate business owners for store and field inquiries, and ensure timely, effective resolutions. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships and driving operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities + Review incoming feedback from Canadian Tire Stores, CT Hub, and the Store Support field team, assessing urgency and determining appropriate action. + Prioritize issues based on impact to store operations and customer experience. + Respond to feedback and resolve issues within established service levels. + Maintain and update data management and reporting tools to support business needs. + Log all feedback in the ServiceNow portal to enable reporting, trend analysis, and tracking. + Ensure consistent follow-up and resolution processes, including escalation when necessary. + Collaborate with internal teams to engage the right stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships. + Escalate unresolved issues and risks to the Manager as appropriate. What you bring: + Post-secondary education in Business or a related field. + Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. + Experience working in a Canadian Tire Store is an asset. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). + Strong organizational and prioritization skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in learning cross-functional tasks. + Enthusiastic about identifying and implementing better ways of doing business.
