About this team
Develop project plans (conceptual and development phases) and monitor schedules to ensure accurate and timely production of all construction materials and documents for all assigned projects.Develop and execute all conceptual designs, design details and sourcing of materials for store interior and exterior.Present completed design concepts to regional markets and approving design committee.Help develop and be involved in the retail store design process to ensure that team designs meet company and landlord design criteria.Research new innovative materials to meet the team’s core design goals.Serve as the brand point of contact for all architecturally related design elements.Working with appropriate internal and external groups, develop the most effective store fixtures.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of design work experience, with Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, ArchitectureRetail merchandising experience an assetStrong and uncompromising ability to drive work to ensure deadlines are metAdvanced in AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and MS OfficeHighly motivated, detail oriented, and dependable who’s open to teach and learnSolution oriented team player and capability to work independentlyMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.

About this team
Reporting to the Director, Store Design, APAC, the Store Designer is responsible for assembling all direct and indirect design information relevant to company branding and store functionality for new and remodel store projects. General responsibilities include maximizing Design impact and taking a central and mentorship role in helping to lead the external design vendors. The Store Designer will design cutting edge, on time and within budget the most efficiently-built, socially-conscious, fun and locally relevant retail stores in the retail world.
