WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Store Auditor, you will provide peace of mind, you support store teams to ensure the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. You educate and motivate store teams, by following up on the compliance of safety & security policies and procedures. You are an ambassador for the Security Department.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Store Auditor is part of Security Department and reports directly to Security Manager. You will also closely cooperate with Compliance Manager on matters related to country regulations and internal security routines. You will work alongside part-time auditors and support stores by sharing knowledge, conducting audits and reinforcing routines. Additionally, you will collaborate with Area Teams and engage with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security standards.

This is a full-time position with local contract, based in Latvia - Riga, Lithuania - Vilnius or Tallinn, Estonia. Store Auditor is part of Security Department and reports to the Security Manager.
