(Required) Experience * 5 years IS related experience including experience with operating systems, systems software and management tools, and hardware. Healthcare experience preferred. (Required) **What You Will Do** Manage the storage infrastructure and data recovery for THR. Develop, manage and forecast capacity requirements based on business needs and IT infrastructure growth capacity. * Responsible for managing the storage infrastructure and data recovery for THR. Develops, manages and forecasts capacity requirements based on business needs and IT infrastructure growth capacity * Responsible for Storage Area Networks and Storage Engineering to include: Inter-operability, fiber infrastructure, replication, operational recoverability, storage masking, fiber channel transitions, storage routers, remote sources and service level design. * Oversee server initiatives and workload to ensure service delivery goals are met.
