You’ll be the go-to expert for Lenovo ThinkSystem DE, DM, DG, and DS storage products—diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex issues with precision and care. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about solving technical challenges. This role is open to Spanish and English speakers located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The team is working in a hybrid setting and you will report to EMEA ISG Premier Support Manager.
