Join Lenovo’s dynamic Premier Support team as a Storage Technical Support Engineer, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical assistance to enterprise customers. You’ll be the go-to expert for Lenovo ThinkSystem DE, DM, DG, and DS storage products—diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex issues with precision and care. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about solving technical challenges.

This role is open to Spanish and English speakers located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The team is working in a hybrid setting and you will report to EMEA ISG Premier Support Manager. Preferred but not required certifications: NCTA, NCDA, NCIE.

What You’ll Bring:

Deep understanding of Block, File, Object Storage, and Page (NVMe) technologies.Hands-on experience with DAS, SAN, and NAS systems.Familiarity with Storage ONTAP and ONCOMMAND OS functionalities.Proven ability to manage Volumes, LUNs, storage groups, and advanced storage features.Solid grasp of high availability, clustering, RAID, and DDP group configurations.Expertise in Topology Management, including installation and debugging.Strong knowledge of networking, OS stacks, and multipath configurations.Experience with DE/DM storage systems, Fiber Channel, iSCSI, Ethernet, and NVMe.Proficiency in Linux, VMware, vSAN, Windows Server OS, and storage protocols such as CIFS, iSCSI, and NFS.Exposure to Kubernetes, Storage OS, SANtricity, SVC, REST API, and CLI tools.Scripting skills in Python and other automation tools.Demonstrated experience in debugging storage issues and performance optimization.Ability to create clear documentation and procedural guides and strong collaboration skills with customers, partners, and internal support teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Business fluency in English and Spanish.Proven experience in at least three of the following areas: Enterprise Storage, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud Technologies, All-Flash Storage, Software-defined and Object Storage, Data Protection Technologies.Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
