This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, program management knowledge, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful automation solutions in our internal processes. Role and Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities for automation across business processes and systems. * Conceive, design, and propose automation projects aligned with organizational goals. * Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools using AI technologies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of automation solutions. * Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven automation initiatives. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · Understanding of AI technologies and automation frameworks. · Knowledge of process engineering and workflow optimization. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination. · Motivated to grow within a global technology leader and make a real impact. · Comfortable managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with diverse teams **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or related discipline. * Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and AI-driven automation platforms. * Knowledge in change management and driving digital transformation initiatives. * Exposure to product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, or program coordination. * Familiarity with the Storage Industry, enterprise software or hardware environments is a plus.
