Professional Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly
organized Stop Loss Policy Administrator to join our Supplemental
Health division. This fully remote role plays a vital part in ensuring the
accurate and timely administration of stop loss policies, including updates,
renewals, and agent of record (AOR) changes. The ideal candidate will bring strong
communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining
compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Process and manage Agent of Record (AOR) changes, policy updates, and renewal letters for stop loss policies.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems to support policy integrity and audit readiness.
+ Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements across all administrative tasks.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth policy administration.
+ Perform system coding and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners via email and phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and contributing to workflow enhancements.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications
+ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Experience with system coding or policy administration platforms preferred.
+ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
+ Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and maintaining data accuracy.
+ Prior experience in insurance, healthcare administration, or stop loss policy management is a plus.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems, case management tools, or similar platforms.
+ High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
