The Stockroom Supervisor, is part of the Logistics team and will be located in Lodi, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Accountable for staffing, training, motivation, and leadership within the stockroom department.Provide daily direction, coaching, motivation and lead the stockroom employees to accomplish the productivity goals for the day and establishing a culture of positive employee relations while ensuring all processes, best practices, and policies are adhered to consistently.Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the Stockroom operations.Define KPIs where necessary (ideally through internal or external benchmarking), analyze process performance and suggest process improvement or user training.Responsibilities include but not limited to staffing, on time delivery, shipping/staging errors, inventory control, facilitating visual and Daily Management at Gemba.The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experienceIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Related experience in a diagnostic, medical device, or pharmaceutical environment.Experience using warehouse inventory managing systems such as SAP.Understanding of production scheduling and forecasting principals, experience with SOPs, GMP, ISO, JIT, MRP, SAP, MES.Cepheid, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is $82,400 - $113,300 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
