Join a Leader in Aerospace: Stockroom Operations / Material Handling

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Stockroom Operations / Material Handling Specialist to support critical operations. This role ensures smooth material flow, precise inventory control, and timely support for aerospace programs that keep innovation moving forward.

What You’ll Do

Receive, inspect, store, issue, and ship a wide range of materials.

Load, unload, and deliver incoming and outgoing materials using approved equipment (excluding forklifts and high-bay vehicles).

Prepare and package small and large parts following strict aerospace standards.

Process purchase orders for tooling and materials.

Maintain calibration logs and oversee parts preparation, measuring, and packaging equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance tasks and escalate major issues as needed.

Monitor inventory and manage government tooling property in line with military regulations.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure accuracy of materials and processes.

Keep stockroom equipment and work areas neat, organized, and compliant.

Qualifications You Must Have

High School Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

(In lieu of diploma, 5 years of relevant experience required.)

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

Preferred Qualifications

SAP experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Experience in warehouse, stockroom, or material handling.

Knowledge of receiving, classification, and processing of materials.

Assignment Type: Full-time, 12-month consultant contract

Pay Rate: $26.13/hour

Pay Details: $26.13 per hour
