Job Title: Stock Plan Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Stock Plan Analyst to join our Global Equity team. In this role, you will support the equity administration function, assisting with the daily activities involved in managing our global equity programs. This position is located in Austin, TX.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day administration of the company’s global equity plans, including RSUs, NQs, and PSUs.Provide support for the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).Support the internal HR team by addressing employee inquiries.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and HR Technology teams.Interact with the legal team on SEC-related matters and filings for equity plans.Support internal and external audits impacting equity programs.Analyze employee inquiries and feedback to enhance Chatbot content.Contribute to the creation of program procedure documentation.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.2+ years of experience in equity compensation plan administration in a public company.Advanced skills in Excel and HR systems such as Workday.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.Proficiency with equity platforms like Merrill Lynch, Schwab, or Fidelity.Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is a plus.Customer-service orientation.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
