Stock Clerk – Aviation Facility (Florida)

Pay: $17/hour starting, with a raise after 3 months training

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Overtime optional on Fridays)

Bonus: Quarterly Attendance Bonus – $1,000 per quarter

Position Overview

A climate‑controlled aviation facility in Florida is seeking a dependable Stock Clerk to support daily inventory and material‑handling operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring materials are available for production and maintenance needs within the aviation environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and stock incoming aviation‑related materials and componentsMaintain accurate inventory counts and update tracking systemsPull and stage materials for technicians, production teams, or outgoing ordersKeep stock areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility standardsAssist with cycle counts and regular inventory auditsSupport general warehouse and stockroom duties as neededQualificationsPrevious stockroom or warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic computer and scanner experience helpfulReliable attendance and strong work ethicExperience in an aviation or manufacturing environment is a plus (not required)What’s Offered$17/hr starting wageGuaranteed pay increase after 90 days$1,000 quarterly attendance bonusMonday–Thursday schedule with optional overtime on FridaysClimate‑controlled, clean, aviation‑focused facilityJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
