This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring materials are available for production and maintenance needs within the aviation environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced facility. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive, verify, and stock incoming aviation‑related materials and components + Maintain accurate inventory counts and update tracking systems + Pull and stage materials for technicians, production teams, or outgoing orders + Keep stock areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards + Assist with cycle counts and regular inventory audits + Support general warehouse and stockroom duties as needed **Qualifications** + Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Basic computer and scanner experience helpful + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Experience in an aviation or manufacturing environment is a plus (not required) **What’s Offered** + **$17/hr starting wage** + **Guaranteed pay increase after 90 days** + **$1,000 quarterly attendance bonus** + **Monday–Thursday schedule with** **optional overtime on Fridays** + **Climate‑controlled, clean, aviation‑focused facility** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
