Job DescriptionPrepare, lead, and execute workshops with our teams on topics like Stibo MDM data modelling, roles & workflows, data migration, interfacing. Oversee and manage integrations with SAP R/3, S/4HANA & Non-SAP systems, utilizing both push-based integration patterns (e.g., Solace) and pull-based methods (e.g., REST/GraphQL) to ensure seamless data flow and system synchronization. Take ownership of end-to-end technical challenges and lead critical troubleshooting efforts across multiple systems, ensuring high-quality, timely resolutions and seamless system integration.Provide technical leadership to project teams who are working on the configuration and implementation of our Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

Qualifications

You should have a passion for driving results through direct interaction with people and a proactive approach to making a difference.

Experience and knowledge:

Completed university degree in computer science or comparable professional experience.Deep understanding of Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP), with a strong hands-on technical background.Several years of experience in advising on MDM relevant topics and E2E processes.A technical background with experience in the configuration of MDM systems and extensive knowledge of different MDM domains, data modelling, workflows and API technologies.Experience in moderating workshops with international customers, suppliers and stakeholders across all hierarchical levels.Excellent English skills.
