Duties and responsbilities of the Stewarding Team Leader include

Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and preventing hazardsAssisting with equipment stock takes, ordering, stores requisitioningAssisting in all administrative duties including rotas, health inspection records and control of stores operationAccountable for ensuring that store rooms are kept in an orderly fashion while initiating repairs and maintenance ordersEnsuring cleanliness of work areas and maintenance of various cleaning equipment is to established standardsAbout YouYou are an organised and proactive team player with experience in stewarding or kitchen operations. You maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support daily back-of-house tasks, and take a hands-on approach to leading others. Reliable and detail-focused, you help ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with Hyatt’s five-star standards.
